By accessing or using Solari Health ("the Service," "our platform," or "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use Solari Health. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

What Solari Health IS:

What Solari Health IS NOT:

3. Account Registration & Security

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, current information
• Maintain a strong, unique password
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensure you're the only person using your account

Prohibited Account Activities:

• Creating multiple accounts for one person
• Sharing accounts between individuals
• Impersonating healthcare providers
• Using automated systems to create accounts
• Attempting to access other users' data

4. Subscription & Pricing

Service Tiers (Beta Period)

Currently in beta - all features are free. Upon launch:

Billing Terms:

• Subscriptions renew automatically
• Cancel anytime before renewal
• No refunds for partial months
• Price changes with 30-day notice
• Grandfather pricing for early adopters (planned)

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You MAY:

• Track your personal health symptoms
• Use AI insights for educational purposes
• Export your data for healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate health records

You MAY NOT:

• Use the Service for anyone other than yourself
• Input false or misleading health information
• Attempt to diagnose or treat others
• Rely solely on AI insights for medical decisions
• Share your account with healthcare providers directly
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
• Scrape, mine, or harvest data from the platform
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

6. AI Services & Disclaimers

AI Insight Generation

• We use third-party AI providers (Anthropic's Claude and DeepSeek)
• AI insights are educational only, not medical advice
• Multiple AI models may be used for cross-validation
• AI can make errors - always verify with healthcare providers

Your Acknowledgment:

By using AI features, you understand and agree that:

1. AI insights are for informational purposes only
2. You will consult healthcare providers for medical advice
3. We are not liable for AI-generated content
4. You won't rely on AI for critical health decisions

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of all health data you input
• You grant us a license to process your data for service delivery
• Your data is never used for advertising or sold
• Anonymized, aggregated data may improve our service

Our Platform:

• Solari Health' software, algorithms, and designs are our property
• Protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws
• You receive a limited license to use the Service
• No right to copy, modify, or distribute our platform

• Any medical or health outcomes

You Acknowledge:

• AI systems can produce errors
• We don't guarantee specific results
• The Service may change or be discontinued

12. Termination

Your Right to Terminate:

• Cancel subscription anytime through account settings
• Delete your account permanently at any time
• Export your data before deletion
• No refunds for unused subscription time

Our Right to Terminate:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Pose security risks
• Remain inactive for extended periods
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Effect of Termination:

• Immediate loss of access to the Service
• Deletion of your data (unless legally required to retain)
• No liability for data loss after termination
• Survival of sections that should reasonably survive

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution:

Binding Arbitration:

17. Professional Use Prohibited

Solari Health is for personal use only. Healthcare providers may NOT:

• Use the Service for patient care
• Create accounts for patients
• Store patient data on the platform
• Rely on our AI for clinical decisions
